Excellent personal service, the most beautiful, tranquil surroundings, cofortable, luxurious... If you want peace and quiet, quality and be taken care of, this is the place for you. We flew to Dublin, took the train for 2,5 hours (1,5 hour by car), and suddenly found ourselves far away from daily routines and stress.
I had to leave...

The location is lovely with views of the lake and countryside. The staff are attentive, professional and friendly. The food is excellent. The room was immaculate and I loved the turn down service as that is a thing of the past! Would request lake view next time, but it didnt matter as it rained the whole time! There is a welcoming atmosphere in the place. Ideal for a relaxing break.
Didnt get a chance to use the spa, next time!

Beautiful view of the countryside. Lots of walking/hiking available. Nice resturant. It is a huge spread out lodge that is like a hotel. Spa costs 10 Euro to use.
It is above 2 miles off on a side road. If you want music for night life then Sligo Town would be it and that is about 20 min away. An indoor pool would be lovely to relax in after a day of hiking. Not certain what is in the spa.

Very high standard of room & restaurant and staff helpfulness
Arriving there could be made easier: no sign from the main road and no answer to the phone when ringing to ask for directings for the last stretch. Friday evening after long road and it was getting dark. I left a message on the answer machine, asking to be called back but noone called me back... I had to ask at a petrol station on the main road... Another drawback is the very complicated series of stairs (up and down )to reach our room (202) .

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. There was no delays with service. The food was excellent and delicious. It was great to have an endless supply of drinking water without worrying about the cost. The spa was so relaxing, especially as the sun was shining while we enjoyed the hot-tub and the seaweed baths. The scenery was breath-taking from our room and from the bar and dining area. Even as the weather changed it was beautiful to look out over the lake and colorful trees. It felt as though we were really getting away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
It was very chilly in the connecting corridor at night and early in the morning.

The breakfast was very good
The hotel was absolutely freezing. The restaurant was overpriced for what we got as regards the evening meal. We were up and down stairs, would definately not suit someone elderly.

The customer service was excellent in all areas. The room was great but we were in the mid range as it was a special occassion. The food at dinner was excellent, lovely views and just great!
The breakfast was not as good as it might be but there was a good selection just their cooked side was a bit limited.

Friendly reception, scenic views, good food, excellent quality of hotel room.
During the wedding reception the bar was left unattended for a while when it would apper that all staff were employed serving the meals. After waiting at the bar for about ten minutes I was told I could not be served drink until the meals were served, even though the bar had been manned a few minutes earlier and people had been served drink. Perhaps more serving staff could have been employed at this function as there was some gap beween dishes. Please treat this as constructive criticism as the food was first class

High standard of staff. Staff acted in a highly professional way. No language difficulties with staff. One felt that nothing was too much bother for the staff. Excellent food. Bedrooms fine. The reason I have recommended Cromleach to friends is excellent food but even better service. A place to relax knowing you are going to be looked after well. I will be back.

the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food (evening meal)
The building is a little bit ungainly and hard to navigate ,
